A few of these awards are meaningful, like the ARISS SSTV Award, the ARRL Worked All States Awards, and the 13 Colonies Special Event Certificates. All of the others are created from automated station logs and I really didn’t do anything special to earn those. But they’re still pretty, so why not?

First up, though is my QSL card. QSL originated in the morse code days and is a three letter designation that means that a contact between hams has actually occurred. It validates a contact. This is my QSL card, and Beth Geyer did the drawing from another illustration and she did a superb job.
